Notice to Headhunters / Search Firms / Recruiting or Staffing Agencies

Thank you for your interest in providing recruiting services to Cooper Industries. The following information applies for all Cooper entities worldwide. Do not submit resumes through this web site. We currently work with a group of preferred approved vendors who support our headhunting/search and staffing needs worldwide. These preferred vendors are chosen for expertise and track record in filling Cooper jobs in the past. We are not interested in and will not honor unsolicited candidate referrals with a fee payment. Resumes forwarded from unapproved vendors without a signed Cooper Industries contract approved by the Corporate Director, Recruiting and Staffing and following our corporate process will not be eligible for fee payment and unsolicited referrals become the property of Cooper Industries.

How can you become an approved vendor?

We maintain a “prospective vendor” file and would be happy to include an information email from you in that file. If at any time our approved vendors are unable to meet our search needs we will review this file and choose new prospects for consideration. If you wish to be included in the prospect file for future consideration, please send an email to AgencyProspects@cooperindustries.com with the following items in the body of the email (not in an attachment but in the body of the email so that we can easily search the contents):

• An overview of your firm and how you believe you can support Cooper hiring needs,
• your location(s) and contact information,
• ownership information,
• company history such as the date your company was established,
• any prior names your company has operated under,
• backgrounds of key recruiters/leaders in your firm,
• recruiting specializations (position or candidate types) best supported by your firm,
• proposed pricing,
• any prior experience or history placing candidates with any entity of Cooper Industries, and
• other items or information you would like us to review.
